Currently serving as Managing Director, David began his career by completing an apprenticeship with three local estate agents before joining Next Home Ltd as a negotiator. Over the years, he has taken on responsibility for all aspects of the business, from conducting viewings and handling negotiations to resolving maintenance and refurbishment issues efficiently and within budget.
David oversees a team of subcontractors for specialised work, ensuring the smooth operation of the company at every level.
In recognition of his contributions, he was invited to join the Board in 2005

Glenn joined us with extensive experience in the property industry, having worked in the sector since 2006. He was invited to join the Board of Directors in 2014 after achieving his two-year target within just 10 months. In addition to his role with us, Glenn has recently been featured on episodes of Sky TV's Property Question Time and in prominent publications such as the Evening Standard and The Sun, where he shares his insights on all things property.

Tina joins us as a new Property Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in housing services, relocations, and client management. Previously serving as Housing Services Account Manager, Tina worked with high-profile clients such as the American Embassy, Amey MOD, and Southwark Council, where she demonstrated exceptional organisational and communication skills. Her expertise in managing relocations, resolving sensitive issues, and delivering high levels of customer service makes her an excellent fit for this role.
