David J Stone - Chairman – Managing Director/Office Manager

Currently serving as Managing Director, David began his career by completing an apprenticeship with three local estate agents before joining Next Home Ltd as a negotiator. Over the years, he has taken on responsibility for all aspects of the business, from conducting viewings and handling negotiations to resolving maintenance and refurbishment issues efficiently and within budget.
David oversees a team of subcontractors for specialised work, ensuring the smooth operation of the company at every level.
In recognition of his contributions, he was invited to join the Board in 2005

Peter J Stone - Chairman

Peter Stone brings over 50 years of experience in the property industry. As the founder of two successful property companies, Stone Properties (Chigwell) Limited and Next Home Ltd, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional expertise and outstanding service to clients.
Before embarking on his property career, Peter held senior management positions in both major corporations and private limited companies, further enhancing his breadth of knowledge and leadership skills.

Glenn Jacobs - Sales Director/Senior Negotiator

Glenn joined us with extensive experience in the property industry, having worked in the sector since 2006. He was invited to join the Board of Directors in 2014 after achieving his two-year target within just 10 months. Glenn's exceptional knowledge of the industry, coupled with his outstanding negotiating skills, makes him an invaluable asset to both landlords and tenants in sales and lettings alike. In addition to his role with us, Glenn has recently been featured on episodes of Sky TV's Property Question Time and in prominent publications such as the Evening Standard and The Sun, where he shares his insights on all things property.

Lilly-May Curran – Negotiator

Lilly brings a high-energy, customer-centric approach to the Next Home team, with a proven track record of delivering results from day one. Drawing on her strong background across hospitality, front-of-house operations, and administrative roles, she blends professionalism with a natural ability to build rapport and manage fast-moving workloads.

Since joining us, Lilly has already demonstrated exceptional aptitude — achieving the highest number of move-ins in her first full month, a standout performance that reflects her drive, organisation, and commitment to service excellence.
With outstanding communication skills, a calm head under pressure, and a genuine passion for helping landlords and tenants, Lilly is rapidly becoming an integral part of our negotiation team and a key asset to the Next Home journey.

Laquay Coleman

Laquay joins us with a strong footballing background at Millwall FC, where he honed the dedication, teamwork, and discipline required to excel in the sporting world. These qualities lend themselves perfectly to the fast-paced and dynamic environment of sales and property. With his strong foundation of industry knowledge, Laquay is fully equipped to handle your enquiries across both sales and lettings.

Shannen Stewart – Accounts Manager

As one of our longest-serving team members, Shannen has been an integral part of our operations, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Accounts Manager. She has cultivated strong relationships with many of our landlords, ensuring a seamless and professional service.
Shannen is responsible for ensuring that rents are paid promptly, arrears are managed and chased efficiently, and landlords are kept well-informed with accurate and timely advice. Her attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and proactive approach enable her to address any issues quickly and effectively, maintaining the highest standards of financial management.Her commitment to delivering outstanding service makes her a trusted point of contact for both landlords and tenants, and a key asset to the team.

Ahmed Nassar – General Assistant

Ahmed is in house services and maintenance inspector, he is fast becoming an invaluable member of the team allowing access for contractors, carrying out minor maintenance works and safety checks.
