Chairman – Peter J Stone
Peter Stone has over 40 years experience in the property industry. Having set-up and established two successful property companies, Stone Properties (Chigwell) Limited and also Next Home Ltd, his companies and staff offer clients a highly respected expertise and quality service. Prior to his career within property, he held senior management positions in major and private, limited companies.
Managing Director/Office Manager – David J Stone
Currently working as the Maintenance Director, he served his apprenticeship with three local estate agents before joining Next Home Ltd as a negotiator. Taking care of all maintenance problems, he ensures quick and efficient repairs within an allocated budget. Supervising two full-time staff, he also manages a team of subcontractors for specialised work.
He was invited to join the Board in 2005.
Accounts Director – Amanda L Farmer
Supervising and managing the accounts team, she ensures that Landlords efficiently receive their rent payments via bank transfer. With many years experience within the letting agency, she was invited to join the Board in 2008.
Sales Director/Senior Negotiator - Glenn Jacobs
Glenn joins us having worked in the property industry since 2006 and was invited to join the board of directors in 2014 after hitting his 2 years target within 10 months. His knowledge in the business, as well as superior negotiating skills, are beyond his years in both sales & lettings making him a valuable asset to both our Landlords and tenants alike.
Admin Executive – Shannen Stewart
Originally joined on an apprentice scheme, it was soon realised that she had found her niche. After passing her course Shannen was asked to join the Next Home team, the knowledge gained ensures that she deals with all matters efficiently.
